General Shipping information

• Catalog Pricing – All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices, terms, and items are subject to change without notice. If world events force increases, we reserve the right to change our rates without notice. This catalog is not an offer to sell and any order may be declined.
• Cancellation Charge – Changes to orders in production will be charged a cancellation charge.
• Minimum Order – See price grids for requirements. All minimums are per each imprint/design.
• Print Direction – Each balloon is printed to be read with the neck down. Clearly specify if print is to be positioned otherwise.
• Production Time – Please clearly indicate delivery date required on your order. Allow up to two additional working days for preparation of art. Additional time will be required for Kinderprint Kits, insertion of ProLite Balloon Valves in latex balloons, and any special packaging. The amount of time will depend on the size of the order.
• Rush Orders – Rush service is available, contact Customer Service.
• Shipping/Packaging – Shipping charges will be applied to all orders. All orders are shipped by standard ground, normally UPS. (F.O.B. Factory: Kansas or Ontario, Canada.)

• Second-Side Imprint (one color only): 1,000-4,999 – $.05(C) ea.; 5,000 or more – $.025(C) ea.
• Second-Side Imprint (multi-color): Minimum 2,500 pieces. Side with fewer colors is considered the second side. For 2,500-4,999 – $.05(C) ea.; 5,000 or more – $.025(C) ea.
• Giant Latex Balloons Screen Charge (#35388): $70.00(C)
• Giant Latex Balloons Second-Side Imprint: If same art, add $.36(C) ea. If different art, add $.70(C) ea. See above for applicable screen charge.

• Change of Ink Color (under 10,000 balloons) (#30102): $20.00(C) for each change.
• Custom Ink Blend (#30103): $30.00(C) per run; custom blends are not inventoried.
• Production Time – Normal production time is 5-7 working days after receipt of order and approved artwork, depending on product ordered. For IMPRESS V, Multi-Color print, and Banner balloons production time, contact Customer Service.

qualatex latex balloon ink colors & color assortments

• When choosing balloon and ink color combinations, consider the effect of the balloon color when combined with the ink color, particularly when printing on an assortment of balloon colors. A change of ink may be required for desired result. Colors can be custom-blended. The Pantone Matching System (PMS) color numbers are used as a point of reference only. Exact PMS color matches cannot be guaranteed. Custom ink blends are not inventoried. Latex inks are compared to uncoated PMS ink colors.
• Latex Ink Colors – Black, White, Red, Yellow, Royal Blue, Green, Brown, Orange, Pink, Purple, Burgundy, Teal, Gold, and Silver. Black ink is recommended on the Rainbow Assortment (L05). White ink is recommended for the Radiant Jewel (L75) and Radiant Pearl Assortment (L78).
• Latex Balloon Color Assortments – When choosing an assortment, or creating your own, please show the balloon color number(s) on the order. Assortments of any combination of colors are available, and unless otherwise specified, colors are assorted in the bag. Pricing will be based on categories of colors selected and invoiced accordingly.
• For orders under 500 balloons, choose one balloon color or one color assortment listed on the color chart. Extra Balloon Color Charge (#30599): $2.50(X) per color.
• For orders over 500-999, choose up to two balloon colors or one color assortment listed on the color chart. Extra Balloon Color Charge (#30599): $2.50(X) per color.
• For orders over 1,000 or more, choose no more than four balloon colors or one color assortment listed on the color chart. Extra Balloon Color Charge (#30599): $2.50(X) per color.
